The Macdonald Campus Graduate Students’ Society (MCGSS) represents the graduate students at McGill’s Macdonald campus. We are a part of McGill's Post-Graduate Students' Society (PGSS), which represents all graduate students at McGill. Our goal is to foster a positive and enjoyable graduate life at Mac.
What we doThe MCGSS student council works to bring forward the concerns of Mac grads to university administration and PGSS.
We also organize a number of activities throughout the year for Mac grad students: during the school year we have monthly free bagel breakfasts in the faculty room as well as some social events; during the summer we hold a free BBQ outside the Centennial Center. More information here. We also provide a number of grants to support students' academic travel and clubs at Mac. We encourage students to take advantage of MCGSS travel grants for local and international conferences. More information here. Graduate Student AreasGraduate Student Lounge | R3-046
